The warm and friendly crew of the Empress of the Seas is a perfect complement to Royal Caribbean’s small ship experience. The professional and varied entertainment venues completed a great cruise experience.
Here are all the details about eating and drinking aboard the Empress of the Seas. I’ve detailed our experiences with My Time Dining and included hours of operation in the various venues. With very few exceptions we thought the food was great and I only gained about three pounds on this cruise!

If you hold an American Express Platinum or Centurion card, you are eligible for shipboard credit on your cruise if you book it with the American Express travel office (see updated info below.) The name of the program is American Express Cruise Privileges.
The cost to spend the month of January 2017 on the Royal Princess is about $295 per day for two people. The ship sails out of Fort Lauderdale, and makes three cruises of 10 days each during this month. The prices and itineraries were pulled directly from the Princess Cruises website in March 2016.
