If you waited until December to book your month-long sojourn on the Regal Princess in January 2017, then you waited too long! Two of the four 7-day sailings are sold out!
Now that we’re inside the final payment period, I’ve recalculated how much it costs to stay on the Royal Princess for the month of January 2017. The new per diem is now $266 per couple including gratuities.
I’ve retabulated what it costs to live on the Caribbean Princess for the month of January 2017. The price per day for two people in an inside cabin has dropped from $265 (March 2016 price) to $218 (post-Thanksgiving week.) This last minute pricing would save a couple over $1400 versus booking earlier in the year!
The cost to live on the Caribbean Princess for the month of January 2017 has decreased since February. The per diem has gone down from $265 to $259 per couple per day. One of the itineraries has gone up in price, but two 8-day sailings can now be booked as a package for a big discount.
The cost to spend the month of January 2017 on the Royal Princess is about $295 per day for two people. The ship sails out of Fort Lauderdale, and makes three cruises of 10 days each during this month. The prices and itineraries were pulled directly from the Princess Cruises website in March 2016.
It costs about $278 per day for two people to live on the Regal Princess. I’ve calculated costs to sail on the Regal during the month of January, 2017. This cost includes taxes, port fees, and gratuities.
